Medical Disclaimer Oculoris is an eye fitness and wellness app. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. The exercises, nutrition information, and educational content are for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified eye care professional for medical concerns. ### 2. Subscriptions Oculoris offers a free tier (7 Eyes — lose an eye when your streak breaks, one regenerates every 4 hours) and a Pro subscription ($2.99/month or $99 lifetime) with unlimited eyes and full access. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings. ### 3. Eyes System Free users start with 7 Eyes. Breaking your daily streak (missing a day of exercise) costs one eye. When you run out of eyes, one regenerates every 4 hours. You can also earn eyes back by completing daily quests, hitting streak milestones, or winning them on the Prize Spin. Pro subscribers have unlimited eyes. ### 4. User Conduct You agree not to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the exercise tracking, gamification, or challenge systems. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated. ### 5. Intellectual Property Oculoris, the Oculoris logo, and Ocu the slow loris mascot are trademarks of Oculoris. The exercise methodology, gamification system, and all original content are protected by copyright. ### 6. Limitation of Liability Oculoris is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to eye strain, discomfort, or any health-related issues. Use the app responsibly and stop if you experience discomfort. ### 7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time.
